Red Sea Cruise
We went to the Red Sea to get away from the cold English
February and the snow that was forecast.
When we went to see the wonderful sights at Petra, in
Jordan, we travelled over the mountains between the port of Aqaba and the
City of Petra and - oh yes - it snowed!
The ship was great and the crew could not have done more to make
us comfortable.
The pictures below show (1) the ship as we first saw it, (2)the
view looking down on the Lido deck where we were well entertained and where the
buffet restaurant was, (3) Anita happy to be all at sea, (4) the start of the
long walk down to Petra,(5) the first glimpse of the wonders of Petra, (6) Anita
in front of the main mausoleum,(7) the full glory of the main mausoleum at Petra
and (8) a dolphin that came to play as we enjoyed an undersea view at Hurghada
in Egypt.
